Mind the Byte, a bioinformatics company specialized in computational drug discovery using big data and machine learning approaches, in collaboration with the Bioinformatics and Biomedical Signals Laboratory (B2SLab) at CREB-UPC, has opened a new internship position, based in Barcelona: Deep Learning methods for chemical compounds’ biological activity predictions.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive person with a strong interest in learning and participating in an innovative and growing environment. A six-months open position is available for developing a master thesis (MT) on new computational approaches for inferring chemical compounds’ biological activities through Deep Learning technology.
This position will be supported through Mind the Byte funding as function of the value of the applicant. The project will be undertaken at Mind the Byte S.L. premises with support of the Bioinformatics and Biomedical Signals Laboratory (B2SLab) at CREB/UPC.
