Jordi Fonollosa (PhD in Electronic Engineering, 2009) is a tenure-lecturer at the Department of Automatic Control (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya), under the Serra-Hunter program. Prior to joining B2Slab, Jordi had research positions at the Universitat de Barcelona (UB), Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), and University of California San Diego (UCSD).
His research is focused on the development of systems that combine different sensing technologies along with Machine Learning solutions for sensor data processing. He leverages his experience in data processing and sensing systems for the development of new tools in bioengineering.
